gleam-facade started in 2009 when two tradespeople decided there had to be a better way to run a renovation business. Too many homeowners were dealing with vague quotes, missed deadlines, and contractors who disappeared halfway through jobs.

We wanted to prove that building work could be organised, predictable, and even pleasant. That meant clear pricing from day one, realistic schedules we actually kept, and proper communication throughout every project.

Fifteen years later, those principles haven't changed. We've grown from a two-person operation to a team of over forty skilled professionals, but every project still gets the same hands-on attention that built our reputation.
